RESCU Program Approved by SVCW Commission

The Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW) Commission on Thursday, April 13, approved the Regional Environmental Sewer Conveyance Upgrade (RESCU) Program, which consists of replacing or rehabilitating nearly all components of the existing conveyance system, including pipelines and pump stations.

Front of Plant (FoP) Site Heavy Construction Begins Monday, July 31, at Silicon Valley Clean Water

The FoP project heavy construction will begin on Monday July 31and last about three weeks.  Additional bulldozers, earthmovers, dump trucks, lime spreaders and mixers will arrive Monday morning and then the actual work will begin Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning (August 1).

Update on SVCW Front of Plant Work and Truck Activity

Silicon Valley Clean Water sent out notice to residents of increased truck traffic along Redwood Shores Parkway through September 20. The site improvements project at SVCW's treatment plant site is going well although soil delivery has been slower than expected due to the challenges of finding acceptable (clean) soil.
